OPEN ALL WINDOW COVERINGS. BUYER'S COMING INSIDE FROM THE BRIGHT 'OUT OF DOORS' SUNSHINE OF FLORIDA WANT TO SEE ALL OF THE HOUSE.  OTHERWISE, THEY SUSPECT YOU ARE EITHER HIDING DEFECTS OR THERE IS A SECURITY PROBLEM IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

WE DO SELL SOME HOMES YEAR ROUND BUT SALES ARE MUCH SLOWER IN THE SUMMER, BECAUSE ONLY LOCALS WHO ARE DOWNSIZING ARE LOOKING AND THEY ARE LOOKING TO BUY CHEAP. A GOOD ROOF . IF YOUR ROOF LEAKED IN THE PAST & YOU HAD IT FIXED, THEN FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, REPAIR THE CEILING INSIDE.  THAT IS WHAT THE BUYER SEES AND YOUR INTEGRITY ABOUT THE NEW ROOF IS IN DOUBT.

A GOOD A/C.   OK, SO YOU KNOW IT WORKS BUT IF THE ELECTRIC IS TURNED OFF, WHY WOULD THEY BELIEVE YOU. IF YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION ABOUT SERVICING, LEAVE IT ON THE KITCHEN CABINET.
